Not Burnt
Just Char’d
My Journey
For much of my life, I was someone who just got on with things. I was independent, ambitious and wasn't afraid to go after what I wanted.
But somewhere along the way, that started to change.
After a painful loss, difficult relationships and years of pushing through, I gradually stopped feeling like myself. The confidence I'd once had became quieter. I overthought more, trusted myself less and, without really realising it, started hiding parts of who I was.
From the outside, life still looked good. I opened my own studio, built a successful career and continued showing up.
But inside, I knew something was missing.
It wasn't one big moment that changed everything. It was a gradual realisation that I didn't want to keep living on autopilot, pushing through or looking outside of myself for the answers.
I wanted to understand myself more deeply.
And slowly, I began finding my way back.
Finding My Way Back
For a long time, I missed the person I used to be. The confident, fun version of me who didn't question everything quite so much.
I used to wonder where she'd gone.
Over time, I started to realise those parts of me were still there. They'd just become a lot quieter.
Movement played a big part in bringing some of that back. After spending 15 years working in fitness as a Personal Trainer, movement had become something I mostly associated with exercise, goals and results. But it had been part of my life long before that, dancing around the living room as a little girl, performing when I was younger and simply moving because I loved it.
As I began exploring movement again in a different way, it became less about what my body could achieve and more about how movement could make me feel.
But there was much more to finding my way back than movement.
I started slowing down, looking at patterns I'd carried for years, understanding myself on a much deeper level and learning to trust myself again. I also began questioning something I'd believed for a long time, that being strong meant being the one who coped, kept going and held everything together.
Along the way, I've explored different practices and approaches that have completely changed the way I see myself, wellbeing and what it actually means to feel good in your life.
And now?
Today, my work is about helping women feel more like themselves again through movement, self-discovery and practices that support their wellbeing.
Not by becoming a better version of themselves or adding another thing to work on.
But by creating space to slow down, move, explore, express themselves and reconnect with what makes them feel alive.
Because I know what it's like to lose touch with those parts of yourself.
And I also know they don't disappear.
Sometimes they just need space to come back out.
My Purpose
To show women who feel lost that they belong.
My Mission
To create a space where women feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves and rediscover their spark.
My Vision
A world where more women feel free to live as themselves. Grounded, fulfilled and fully alive.
