My Journey

Hello there! I’m Charlotte Foster. For most of my life, bravery was my compass, I leapt into challenges and lived boldly. But in 2017, after a painful loss and the resurfacing of old trauma, everything changed.

I hid behind a painted-on smile, pushing myself to look “together” while inside I felt anything but.The pressure to perform and appear successful became suffocating.

Eventually I pressed pause, I asked myself, “What would happen if I stopped hiding and faced what I had been avoiding (myself)” That question became the spark that shifted everything.

From there, I began the inner work, facing fears, breaking unhelpful patterns, and learning to live without judgment. Step by step, I transformed my scars into lessons, and what I uncovered was inner freedom.

Finding My Purpose

That freedom became my purpose: helping women reconnect with themselves. After years of training people as a PT to look good on the outside, I realised my true calling was helping them feel good on the inside. Today, as a Women’s Empowerment Coach, I don’t “fix” women; I create space for them to face themselves, remember their worth, and release what no longer serves them.

And now?

Bravery is still my compass. But I now know the bravest thing you can do is take off the mask and reconnect with who you really are. You are enough. You belong. And it’s time to reignite your spark.

It’s a safe space to talk honestly, gain clarity, and see whether coaching feels like the right step for you. It’s also a moment for us to connect and recognise if now is the time for real, lasting change.
